If the product is unavailable after placing your order, Little Tree Arts undertakes to inform you by email, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be immediately refunded.

 

Article 4: Contractual conditions - Acceptance

Little Tree Arts provides the consumer with the terms and conditions of sale or service in a manner that permits their permanent and easy access, preservation and reproduction.
The acceptance of the general conditions of sale is tacitly done by the validation of the order by the customer. By making the payment, the user indicates that he accepts without reservation these terms and conditions.

The site is freely accessible without registration, but any order requires the registration of the purchaser.

Article 6: Products

My products are guaranteed new. The photographs of the site are as faithful as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the offered product.
The availability of the product is indicated on the product sheet.

The price is displayed in euro.
In case of return of a package, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

Payment is made either immediately Paypal.

From this system, you can pay by credit card or directly with your Paypal account. Paypal accepts French (bearing CB) and international (bearing the VISA or MASTERCARD) credit cards.

The brand Little Tree Arts reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully paid or a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress administration or with which other problems have been noted in previous orders.

 

Article 10: Right of withdrawal

At the end of article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code as amended by the ordinance n ° 2001-741 of August 23rd, 2001, the delay of retraction is of 14 days as from the day after the reception of the article.

Items returned damaged, washed, worn or soiled by customers are not exchanged or refunded.
The products must be in good condition and returned in their original packaging, to which is added a package covering the entire product. They must not bear any trace of use.
In the event that an accessory or "goodies" is provided with the item, they must also be returned.

Only after verifying that these conditions are satisfied, will Little Tree Arts refund the amounts collected for returned items.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Little Tree Arts will refund the buyer as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days after the date of withdrawal.

You can return your item by post, at your expense, to the following address: Little Tree Arts, 18 rue des Vaureiters, 49170 La Possonniere.

In case of abnormal or abusive returns Little Tree Arts reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.

Personalized Orders are not subject to any withdrawal or return period according to the Consumer Code.

Article 11: Delivery

Deliveries can be made in Metropolitan France, Dom-Tom and worldwide.
The standard shipping method is the tracking letter, delivered without signature.

Price of the Port charges: from 4,95 euros for France; 5.05 euros for the European Union and 5.05 euros for countries outside the European Union.

Shipping fees are free from 11 items purchased!

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during your order, the delivery address may be different from your billing address. No change of address after validation of the payment will be accepted.

If taxes such as customs are levied depending on the country, they will be charged to the customer.

Delivery can not be ensured in case of force majeure as defined by the case law and in case of strikes.

The Little Tree Arts brand is not responsible for the parcel when it is delivered to the postal agency. It is therefore excluded from any responsibility for the delay, theft, or any damage related to transport. In case of dispute, the customer will deal directly with the referring postal agency. Delivery time overruns can not give rise to damages.

It may be, as in any shipment, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the product goes astray. In case of late delivery, I ask you to report this delay by contacting me via the Contact section of the website. I will then contact the Post Office to start an investigation. A Post Investigation may last up to 21 days from the date of commencement of the investigation. If during this period, the product is found, it will be re-routed immediately to your home (the majority of cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found after 21 days of investigation, the Post considers the package as lost. Only then can I send you a replacement product at my expense.

I do not accept any responsibility for longer delivery times due to the carrier, especially in case of loss of products or strike.

 

In order to avoid any dishonest situations:

the weight of the package and the number of items present will be indicated on the envelope: you will be able to compare this weight with the measures below corresponding to your order!

By OPENING the package / parcel / letter, you acknowledge that it contains your entire order! NO claim for an incomplete order will now be accepted if the package is open !!

Article 12: Guarantee

Little Tree Arts delivers a good in accordance with the contract and responds to defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It also responds to defects resulting from the packaging.
